Pix of Critical Mass 10th Anniversary Ride, Fri 30 Apr 04 - Set 1 of 4

Photos of the 10th Anniversary Ride of London's Critical Mass, many taken from the saddle of my trusty Brompton T5 folding bike while cycling along with the massive and good-natured crowd of happy bikers. There are four sets in all - see the first comment below for links to the other three.

Critical Mass rides take place in cites all over the world. Critical Mass London takes place on the last Friday of the month, and has been doing so for the last 10 years! As you can see from the photos, all forms of human powered wheeled vehicles are welcome - bicycles, tricycles, quadricycles, octocycles, wheelchairs, skateboards, roller-skates, inline skates, pushchairs, and so on and so forth, and things of that nature generally ;-) We meet up on the South Bank, under Waterloo Bridge, outside the National Film Theatre Café and Bar - very useful for pre-ride refreshments. We begin gathering from 18:00, and we've usually left by 19:00.

For more info, see the Critical Mass London web site:  http://cmlondon.enrager.net

Hope to see you on future rides. Meanwhile, share and enjoy these photos.

Peace & Love,

Tim D Jones
