Weston is an alumnus of Texas A&M University.
Morris Miller: Managing Director, Co-Chairman
Morris Miller's association with Rackspace began in late 1998, when he invested in the young company. Initially, as chief operating officer, Miller assisted the company with operations, corporate strategy, marketing and business development. Now, Miller has narrowed his focus to corporate strategy, business development and M&A activity.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Miller formed a start-up company, Curtis Hill Publishing Company, a legal publishing firm that was the first to publish Texas case law on CD-ROM. Miller also held various positions at Matthews & Branscomb, then the largest law firm in San Antonio.
Miller received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Lanham Napier: President
Lanham Napier served as our Chief Financial Officer from April 2000 to January 2001, when he became President of the company. From June 1997 to April 2000, Napier served as a director for Silver Brands Partners, an investment company. From May 1993 to June 1995, he worked as an analyst for Merrill Lynch & Co., an investment banking firm.
Napier received a B.A. in economics from Rice University and an M.B.A from Harvard University.
John Engates: Chief Technology Officer
John Engates joined Rackspace in August of 2000 and currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. Engates has worked in several areas of Rackspace including Operations, Professional Services and Customer Care. Most recently, Engates has been responsible for managing the ongoing development of Rackspaces application hosting platform, Intensive. Engates was one of the leading forces behind Rackspaces Microsoft Gold Certification.
Prior to joining Rackspace, Engates was a founder of Internet Direct, one of the oldest and largest Internet service providers in Texas.

Lew Moorman: Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development
Lew Moorman is instrumental in driving corporate strategy and development of our strategic partnerships. He served as Rackspace's Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning from April 2000 until January 2001, when he was appointed Chief Marketing Officer. Before joining Rackspace, Moorman served in several positions at the strategic consulting firm McKinsey & Company advising a variety of high technology clients on marketing and e-commerce strategy.
Moorman received a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
Glenn Reinus: Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Glenn Reinus joined Rackspace from WebEx, a leading provider of Web communications services, where he served as vice president of worldwide sales and business development. He brings 20 years of sales management and business development experience in the telecommunications, networking and Internet software markets.
Reinus has significant experience working with early stage companies and has been in the Internet market since 1995. He served as vice president of business development at BackWeb Technologies prior to joining WebEx, and has held senior management positions with industry leaders such as Compaq, GTE and IBM/ROLM.
Reinus holds a B.S. degree in marketing and business administration from California State University, Northridge.
Paul Froutan: Vice President of Engineering
Paul Froutan joined Rackspace immediately after its inception in January 1999. He worked through several technical positions in the company while building Rackspace's datacenter and network, and became VP of Engineering in January 2000. Previous to Rackspace, Froutan served as a Project Manager and Well Engineer with the IPM division of Schlumberger, Ltd.
Froutan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.
